The Research Company provides specialized IT services and research analysis. You acknowledge that these services consist of non-tangible labor and professional expertise. Consequently, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
For project-based work, payments are tied to specific milestones. Upon delivery of a milestone, the client has five (5) business days to review. If no written objection is received via support@theresearchcompany.dpdns.org, the work is deemed accepted and the associated fee is non-refundable.
To perform IT services, we may require administrative access to networks and systems. Identification and Technical Data is collected strictly for the performance of our contractual duties.
The Research Company maintains strict non-disclosure protocols. We do not sell or share client data with third-party entities except as required to fulfill the IT services requested (e.g., cloud provider provisioning).
The Research Company is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or system downtime. While we follow industry best practices, the client is responsible for maintaining independent backups.
All proprietary research methodologies and custom scripts remain the property of The Research Company. The client is granted a license for internal use upon successful settlement of all invoices.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of Lucknow, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team at support@theresearchcompany.dpdns.org to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jurisdiction of Lucknow.
The arbitration shall take place at Lucknow according to the rules and proceedings of the "Court of Arbitration" of Lucknow.
